Joanne Troutner is an educator with over 30 years of experience. Joanne has worked as an educational consultant and trainer for IBM and ETS. Joanne has given speeches and workshops that include presentations at the Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development annual conference, American Association of School Librarians conferences, National Educational Computing Conference, and American Library Association.


Joanne has also presented to state library media conferences and computer conventions in South Carolina, Maryland, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan and Indiana. She has been conducting computer training since 1981 with adult learners. The professional development model she uses has been implemented successfully with over 6,200 teachers across the U.S. and Canada.
